Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. At 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. In 2017, she was just 17 when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. She began participating in fitness contests when she was 16, following the end of her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old she was awarded her professional card. She was the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Once she received her Professional Card, Ariel was able to take six years off the stage in order to complete her university education. The year 2015 saw her continue her journey from the previous year, competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her debut show she competed throughout her career and setting new goals every year. The year 2009 saw four more fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. In 2009, she became the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). After earning her Pro Card Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competition to finish her college degree. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel made a successful comeback during Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the end, she finished 3rd at the show. The summer of 2016 saw her was the winner of her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she qualified for Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took home 6th place in the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel claims she was more than proud of her placing. Given that she competed against the some of the top competitors. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel is known to be focused specifically on the back. The most she does is bent-over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on machines), pull-ups and seated rowing. First, she warms up and then moves on to the sets she works on. Ariel uses her time efficiently. The routine she does for her back consists of three or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
